Experience
I have over 25 years of experience covering design, manufacturing, service, and quality systems in several industries, to include medical devices (FDA regulated), office equipment (mechanical, electrical, commercial), and distribution.
I have over fifteen years of experience using statistical methods to help companies solve problems, reduce costs, increase capacity, improve quality, and more.
I especially enjoy teaching others to become self-sufficient with these tools and methods, and have been doing so across the globe for over 20 years.
My teaching experience beyond the corporate environment also includes service as an Adjunct Professor for the DePaul University graduate program in applied statistics.
