Experience

I have decades of experience covering design, manufacturing, service, and quality systems in several industries, to include medical devices (ISO 13485, FDA regulated), office equipment (ISO 9001, mechanical, electrical, commercial), Food Safety and Defense (FDA regulated), distribution, and aerospace/defense (AS9100).

My experience includes using statistical methods to help companies solve problems, reduce costs, increase capacity, improve quality, and more.

I especially enjoy teaching others to become self-sufficient with these tools and methods, and have been doing so across the globe for over 20 years.

My teaching experience beyond the corporate environment also includes service as an Adjunct Professor for the DePaul University graduate program in applied statistics.
